Welcome Aboard – Eija Sorsa Joins the DentView Team

Hi! I'm Eija Sorsa, a dental hygienist and currently part of the DentView team in the role of Marketing Assistant.
I live in Liminka with my family, and in my free time, you'll most likely find me outdoors, on a caravan trip, or riding my motorcycle. Promoting oral health has always been close to my heart – even before school age, I dreamed of becoming a dentist.
I've been fortunate to build a diverse career that has taken me from hands-on work as a dental hygienist to the world of marketing and sales. One of the most memorable experiences of my career was a seven-year stint at Fazer as a xylitol expert for the Xylimax brand.
Now I'm excited to be part of DentView's warm and professional team – a place where technology and oral health promotion meet in a meaningful, innovative way.
Here, I get to combine my experience, creativity, and passion for communication and marketing. I'm involved in creating blog posts, newsletters, and content for social media – with the goal of communicating clearly, warmly, and engagingly, so we can build strong connections with both professionals and customers.
How does DentView support the daily work of a dental hygienist?
Time is often tight in a hygienist's day, patient backgrounds vary widely, and communication challenges are part of everyday work. That's why I was especially pleased to see how DentView genuinely offers helpful solutions for daily practice. Here are three features that stood out to me:

DentView creates individualized home care instructions that can be sent directly to the patient's phone. This way, they always have clear, personal guidance on hand and can revisit it easily later.
