New Features on the DentView Virtual Kiosk!

In recent weeks, we made a significant update to the virtual kiosk. As a new feature, we added self-care instructions for all removable orthodontic devices to the orthodontics section. When a client receives an orthodontic device, they can easily view the self-care instructions on the virtual kiosk. Instructions for their specific orthodontic device can also be found in the app for viewing at home. One example is the use of animations to demonstrate cleaning between teeth for patients using retention wires!

We've also added self-care instructions for prosthetic patients, covering fixed prosthetic structures and implants. The animations guide users on using floss under bridge wires and cleaning an implant bridge with an interdental brush.

We made a significant addition to the children's pathways as well. We introduced some gamification and many questions about self-care habits.

In the Data Portal, we've added a new section for children's responses. The portal offers really interesting data from users! Among other things, we learn how much money is spent on candy weekly and whether it's the parent or the child who brushes the child's teeth.

It's also worth mentioning that in Oulu, a whopping 6,215 clients received virtual self-care guidance from DentView in six months! The number of feedback providers in Oulu was 6,214, with an average rating of 4.6/5. An amazing result and fantastic feedback!
